Kahlua recipe:

1 pot extra strong coffee (10 cups)
5 cups sugar
Some use a vanilla bean (slice it in half and chop it up (if you use a vanilla bean you have to age it for a month and then take the vanilla bits out)
Some use 8 ozs of vanilla extract. (You can drink this right away)
Lots of cheap vodka or a fifth of everclear.

Heat the coffee and the sugar until the sugar desolves. Let it cool down and add the vanilla and the alcohol.

I've used both the vanilla bean and the extract. I've used the vodka one and the everclear. Do what ever you want.

I love this Irish cream!!!

Irish Cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
3 TBS chocolate syrup
2 1/2 TBS instant coffee
16 ozs non-dairy creamer
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract
1 1/4 cup Brandy

1: Combine eggs, condensed milk, chocolate and coffee in a electric blender for 3 minutes.
2: add creamer, vanilla and almond extract and Brandy to mixture. Blend 12 minutes.
