jk called from England. He's staying at a semi-detached mansion for a couple of days. He can see the ocean. Lucky bloke. He survived the 8 hour flight. He sounds pretty good.
jk and Mike are both doing Atkins. Mike says it's hard, all those wonderful starches: Bangers and mash, spotted Dick (of what?), Scones, Scottish tea cakes. jkpacked lots of high protein bars.
It was nice to hear jk's voice. I couldn't believe that he's across the pond. He could have been down the street.
