The Sights

I went into town yesterday. Chichester is cute but everything closed the minute I got there. I found these panoramas online.

I am staying four miles away, by the Marina

Cheers -- jk

Hi baby brother....Bob and I looked at the pics of Chichester....WOWZERS ! I tried to look at the marina ones, but y'know I'm so impatient and it seemed to be freezing midway, so I'll try those later.
Michael(Barnes)and girlfriend Kate stopped by before heading to the airport. He and Kate's camping trip was cut short by a sighting of a bear. They DID camp out one night anyway and he proposed around the campfire. Pretty cool, huh? They have not set a date, but it could be as early as this fall.
Their second night they stayed at the Grand Lake Lodge. They ate dinner there and said the food was awesome. They stayed in a cabin there (just like the ones from our childhood)but they said it really wasn't as nice as the Lazy Moose.
Jessica and her Michael made a safe trip to CA....and they are just in time for the Pride Parade (LGTB). Ahh, "California, comin' home", just like Joni Mitchell says......Actually the parade is quite thing to see, attended by all folks, not just the LGTB's. My friend from school went last year while her husband was at a conference. She said it is really somethin' to see.
Well, keep the info comin'.
Much love,

Great news all around. I really liked Kate and am very happy for them. Riza said they'd get married. She was right...

Work is going well. We are working late and up early but it is exciting to be "In The Arena" as TR would say.

Can't wait to get back -- thanks for the note.
